Looking here, I can only find one bounty board that applies to Liberty: The LPI bounties, and those have a few restrictions, some of which make them unclaimable by KoF ships, assuming they're using the Universal ID.

All bounties valid only in New York, California, Texas, Colorado, Ontario, Pennsylvania, Alberta, Minnesota and New Hampshire.
