Admin Notice: Ship purchase restrictions

It isn't the rest of the server's fault said player didn't read the rules. The mod is nice enough to drop a copy of them in your dagom hold when you create a new character. Don't punish me because he was to lazy to read the damn rules. I created an account on this forum and read the rules before I logged in.

I don't like having to do ooRP things to obtain things. I already have to do that crap for my Zoner Guard ID. Not to mention when you do get approval to use a factions ship, you now have to either waste hours of your own time or wait for an admin to help you.

Imagine the ****in' mess of SRPs there'll be

[2:27:03 p.m.] We'll have to rep for a ship or guns, etc, and then buy them.
And then re-rep back to normal, and all this with messed up reps.

And if you note, a lot of those people weren't solely breaking tech chart rules.
