I regret to inform you that you have misunderstood the decree of the Grand Marshall Lady Lilith LaCroix. The use of the XJ-3 Lynx Very Heavy Fighter is now restricted to the Gallic Royal Navy only. You no longer have the right to purchase these vessels and only the men listed below whom have already purchased these vessels may use them. I regret to inform you of your error, but the words of the Grand Marshall are very clear.
I would also like to mention that the previous version of the XJ-3 is the XJ-2, the Serval Heavy Fighter and one of the finest ships produced by the Crown. Many of my own men still prefer it to the Lynx. It shall serve your forces well.
