"The Carrier designated DragonFly was spotted by myself, among other Order pilots, in Omicron Minor several days ago. When questioned about his ship, his response was simply to run and claim that he 'had to answer to no one'. I subsequently gave the order to turn his craft into scrap metal."

"Currently, DragonFly is banned from all Order stations, and Order pilots have been told to destroy his vessel on sight. If our Corsair allies can assist in the reposession of the carrier he commands, it would be most appreciated. I will be starting a more secure conference between the Corsair Elders and Order High Command to reach a consensus on what should be done with him."
