Yes this makes the whole thing easier to understand, I've been hoping for some kind of event to enhance the relations between the Corsairs and the Kusari-quasi's

For me, that is one of my favorite alliances, I really should get a Correo back up and running and do something with the Hogosha and the FA again.

Then for all intensive purposes, is that not power-gaming or something on the part of the Zoners? (party crashing to make some cash atleast)
Or is this justified as the squatters pushing their dominance over the Corsairs again? (they keep that noose tight)

I can see why this caused some grief...unfortunately, if an event is limited to a specific group, anyone who can get there will take the chance (for cash), regardless of their RP (or if they were invited or not).
