The path of Prospector

York was flying through Texas in everlasting search of unsuspecting Kusari or Rheinland traders. As any other Xeno he was against any kind of trade with foreign entities. Prospector was in trade lane to planet Houston. Smooth ride one should think. But one would be wrong.
Although, York knew about Navy patrol near planet he didn't expect them to attack him, agreement was still on and cease fire was under way. But they did. On first sight of Yorks gunboat navy pilot ordered attack and his weapons started to scream and spit fire on Prospector. Navy gunboat was just behind fighter firing all weapons.
Prospectors shields were dropping fast while York attempted to avoid fire from Navy ships. All of his efforts were in vain. He couldn't even contact navy vessels cause his com center took one hit into antenna.

- To hell with this. They asked for it. All men to battle stations. Code red.- York was trying to out shout the siren.

All Prospectors guns were aimed to Navy gunboat when York ordered fire. Deep rumblly noise went through all Prospectors decks when its turrets started to fire. Navy gunboat tried to dodge, but with little success. One of missiles fired from Prospector hit navy gunboat just under command bridge causing it to loose control over the ship. After that gunboat was easy target. While Prospector was attacking gunboat, navy fighter tried to do some damage to Yorks gunboat. Soon navy gunboat under SA insignia and called Tasmania was put out of battle and York turned on remaining fighter.
Long range scanners showed that another navy gunboat is approaching so he needed to kill fighter fast. Fighter showed good skill but his ship wasn't match to Yorks ship. Fighter was destroyed. There were no time to rest. Another SA gunboat has arrived and started to attack Prospector...Yorks ship was damaged and without spare parts needed for repairs. However he returned fire at that new threat. Soon new fighter joined the fight. Prospector was taking damage and York ordered retreat. Prospector was out out of battle.
Ouray base never seemed so far away....
