But as stated in my previous post, the Unione Corse have been interested in expanding their operations into Sirius, they are just more hesitant then others. The Bloody Rose, are not.

No, did we type that? (literally?), no we did not, we do not want everyone cruising around sirius thinking they are welcome, we do how ever want the Borders open, we want to be able to use their influences to increase our own, Gallia is not the best place to be with this opinion I agree, but the Council as the Bloody rose wants this.
We aren't Pirates, we aren't Brigands or Maquis, we are Maffia, we seek to increase profit and influence (don't think I can be more clearer then that.)

Hah! And why not? It is perfectly logical for the Unione Corse to get into the Cardamine smuggling business.. Why you ask? Well, money/profit/monopoly, gaining more power within the Black Market.
1. I -asked- you as group to comply with what may be coming. That will include the Courier/l'Ane and you wont break any of your legs corporating with us here, believe me.
2. The Corse is not Pro-Council. The Corse is Pro-Corse. Also, the diplomatic relations you quoted, its not as easy as that, please dont think it would.
3. With expanding your operations into Sirius and searching for allies there, you will be on your own. The other Corse group and we are already working on some nice plans how we can each follow our lore and still gain the profits out of Sirius. Corse/Brigands is about cooporation, a part you intent now to deal with on your own.
The Brigands bring all that shiny new commodities from Sirius and with the help of the Maquis and the Corse, we deliver it to Council and Royal lawful stations, profit for everyone.
4. You want to be a 'mafia', start acting like one.
5. Cardamine is frowned upon by the Brigands. We catch you with that, you will pay for bringing it. Its as easy as that.
