Situation: Pirates on Kusari and Hogosha on Sigma -19.

Konnichiwa... Today I saw odds things on my job, first of all i found a pirate on new toquio, and this is becoming more and more frequent, but i manage to escape. And the worst thing: i saw a Hogosha Ryuujin transport jumping from sigma 19 to honshu... what was he doing on our system??? i tryed some conversation with the hogosha but he was quite rude so I'm informing the paramilitary division about that.
