I don't care what the reasons for putting an AW fleet in Magellan are. I will not allow it. If you think that it's cool to park warships just off the coast of my homeland and I won't mind then you're nuttier then I thought. If as you say the ships are there for defense of Vespici, then put them in Vespuci. I may not have jurisdiction in Magellan but the AW definitly don't and furthermore have no reason RP-wise or other to place so much as a garbage scow in the system. Unless its a precursor to invasion of California.

As to the question of asking for cargo outside Liberty Space, if that happened I would take my complaint to the AW straight off and not hold it in reserve to justify a war. As an Admiral in the SA I never heard a peep about it. And I couldn't read it in your message dump cause most of that is still coded. If you want peace which I am begining to doubt, then lets have a civil discussion about this. But I think that elements in both camps are itching for a war and will use any excuse to justify it. So if thats gonna be the case lets get on with it. You will find that we may not be as easy to defeat as you have boasted.
