In tech chart use Viligantes can use civi weps only. But heh. They can dock on IMG bases and on zoner ones. Both of these factions do not restrict their guns so much. So viligante still can't use em?

I noticed that too, Vigilante ID is really too much restrictive. They can land on freelancer, IMG, Zoners and BHG bases. let them equip with some weapons of those factions...
