Admiral! I beg of you, please, reconsider your stance and allow me a moment to speak on our behalf! All shall be cleared up within a moment of time, should you be mollified enough to listen! Your wounds are grievous, yes, but give me a minute of your time to hopefully explain what has occurred.

May I first begin with information regarding the ban on what you referred to as 'heavies'? A misunderstanding, spawning from my ban of non-KNF battleships within Honshu. We welcome gunboats of the Southern Alliance, and the occasional cruiser, into Kusari territory. However, battleships are not welcome; do not take this personally! I simply cannot have a mutiny occur by, what would you call it... bigots? Yes, let us say that a bigot was a lieutenant aboard a battleship entered Kusari space. This man then decides that the captain should not be aiding the Kusarians, and instead mutinies, killing the captain and first mate. He turns the weapons onto the Kusari forces, and then...

This is not an attack on anyone's forces, nor their personnel. It is a fear that I will not tolerate. If you believe it to be a personal attack, then I cannot help you.

Second, if you will allow my plea to continue, the Kusari State Police are outside of our command. They are within their own sphere of influence, and we are within ours. For the actions of our brethren to afflict our own relations is, in my opinion, preposterous. I hope you will reconsider.

Third, if you find yourself unoffended from my afore blunt statements, I do hope that you find yourself unharmed from your... detour, shall we say? Yes, your detour into Theta. We are find ourselves grateful for your safety.

Fourth, if you permit me to continue, is that we will do everything in our power to have a punishment levied unto the Kusari State Policeman in question. His actions go against our months of speaking, planning, and collaborating. We will not allow that to go to waste, and if you wish it to, then we will be forever shamed.

Oso, you and I have spoken on many levels, but none have ever been of war, hatred or anger. Let us not start now with this... incident. I beg of you, please, let us speak in the future with happy words of joy and congratulations, and not of spite and flame.
