We have no plans to utilize your trade lane systems, due to the large nature of the ships in question. I will also note, as a show of good faith, the equipment modifications we have made to said vessels. Both are equipped with heavy armour upgrades and cloaking devices as defensive measures against the various renegade pirates and infected forces we have frequently encountered within your borders. Conventional methods of defense have proving ineffective against these threats.

While we do pay taxes to Rheinland, as a group that is based in an independent system, I understand that you shall require the princely sum of 250,000c per vessel to be transferred, which shall be done pending approval of our vessels.

Let me state that these vessels are a benefit to the economy and ship building industry of Rheinland. We bring in large amounts of high quality manifolds, which are then smelted and welded into vessels such as your colossus trains and wraith fighter craft.
