Some comments:

• I like very much how this faction is structured - it's similar to the GMG but it has an Admiral above the commander rank.
  
• Assignments to different zones and captains of stations, capital ships, and planets... good thinking!
  
• Your objectives are clearly defined.
  
• The naming convention is a little whacky, with the faction tag, surnames, division codes and designations of craft types. But that is just my opinion.
  
• You forgot the Falcon! And Kingfisher! D:
  
• I love the medal system, this was very well thought out and organized.
  

I told myself I'd avoid Zoner factions like the plague, but I might be interested in joining up if you are looking for pilots.
