As we have no authority in the aforementioned systems (gamma and 41), you have no authority outside you home system. We do not ask things to people inside 41 or Gamma, but Theta only.
If Magellan were your home system, then you would be right to ask us out. But it is not. It belongs to no one. So all your claims are invalid as per the Sirius laws.

Also, Magellan is a "must pass through" if we want to reach Vespucci, our allies homeland. That is the reason for our presence there.

Also, it has come to my attention that your ships have been scanning people outside your jurisdiction, asking people out of systems that are not yours, and also taking cargo and attacking without provocation.
That, to my eyes, has a name. Piracy. And it is something that a lawful faction cannot do.
Is this true? Is it true that you have been behaving like that?
If so, better it is an isolated incident, or some rogue, or misinformed, element of your faction, for that will hurt the relations with many factions on this Sector that consider themselves lawful.

We will keep our ship passing through Magellan. We will defend our Allies in the case of a war. And if you dare to attack us (As we will not begin the hostilities), we will make sure that this time, no one is left to rebuild your faction.
