Greetings,

There must a misconception by all parties. The only War that was officially declared over was AW/HF-SF/SA. However, the HF-SA War was to continue according to the accord and a temporary ceasefire was in place by order of DOD for regrouping. Sadly, an individual commander jumped the gun forcing the events up to this point. He has been properly reprimanded and demoted, which was called for due to a lack of Civil Authority sanction. However, the AW has inserted themselves into this situation with charges yet to be substantiated with evidence.
