The outcasts and corsairs are saturated, and by extension so are their allies. The great thing about them is they are not exclusive and anyone can get it with ease. The downside is that means they are saturated.

So instead of gimping and nerfinf the sairs and casts, why dont we add a new sirius-wide (like them) pirate faction with their own agenda, systems, and ship line?

If we make them as easy to enter as the casts and sairs, it will help desaturate them.
