The minimum sendcash amount is more than the starting credits even if one strips a starflea.
Therefore it is not possible for someone to stack credits with new characters unless he or she is transfering the credits manually to another character floating in space.
Mining is more profitable in time:earnings ratio therefore only a ignoramus such as OP would credit stack with new characters.

I'm sure Jess would of have pointed this out instead of quoting a dead rule but in his advanced stage of old age it's forgivable.
