There still is some holes in your idea. The faction is composed of two organs (figthing and lobbying), but there is only a single rank ladder. The two organs should have their own names and the ladder should be splitted to make the two faces more explicit.

The fighting path (mostly PvP oriented) could be done as usual, but the lobbying path (RP oriented) is harder to implement. I guess that each step of the ladder should grant higher authorizations when speaking on the behalf of the organization and such activities (gathering research grants, threatening companies, agree on some deals, broadcast in the Sirius news and so on).

As a last hint, since this is a Bretonian-based faction I think it will be better named Peace Organisation (with a s, not a z).

We don't need 2 groups. The higher ranks are allowed to engage diplomacy.

Couple concerns...
You list IMG as neutral & show interest in Taus 23 & 37.
IMG being a mining operation, would more than likely be an offender to a eco-terrorist ( & by your group description, that's what your group sounds like)

Thus I don't see IMG being neutral to you if you plan on interfering with dirty mining operations.

As well as the Corsairs in which you have listed as friendly.
With their massive production of ships & vast ship yards, their mining of Artifacts, & the fact they will kill about anyone to obtain food, credits & resources, with no regard to the 'Environment' I personally don't see that in rp as well.

Outside that, looks good.

IMG opposes BMM, right? And our agents told us they don't use such mining process like BMM. And, maybe we can get something from them.
We have a deal with the corsairs. Some of them agreed to work with our scientists researching the new engine. About food, we will try to supply them with healthy food.

The OHP had more effective methods but...they're mostly dead now o.o but if ya want to win be separate or set apart from their (Waring nations) actions and ways.

Well. I suggest that you change your name if you don't want to be labeled 'Pirate Hippies' by everyone you meet. The whole 'Peace' thing is kinda odd. You don't seem very peaceful, if you constantly kill people. You seem to aim for peace of the environment, but the name still doesn't work.

And, on the subject of this part:

In 813, The BMM signed a new collaboration contract with the Bretonian Armed Forces. They were allowed to use a faster method of mining. Now that I've had the time to think about what I've read last night, I have another concern:

In regards to this: I can dig that idea, however, RP-wise, being a secret organization who are 'not really Gaians' y'all will need to open diplomacy towards the NLH & be more forthcoming to them with your secret motivations if you expect to fly or dock within Lewis. It is after all restricted airspace & the NLH would not indiscriminately allow freedom of movement to non-Gaians anywhere near Glendale.

It's just one of those things where you can't logically expect non-Gaians to enjoy full docking rights in restricted airspace...especially when those non-Gaians have a hidden agenda.

Why do you think I've chosen the Gaian ID and Gaian Guard ID? We are the biggest supporters of the inactive NLH-group so we will have events and diplomacy with them. I don't see why they would ban us from Lewis seeing that we keep it "clean". Noone goes without permission.
