Well,to answer to your questions first...

I think it's fine to start out neutral to people, but once you start doing stuff the contracts you take will color your reputation and may cause others to go hostile to you.

Yes,I'm aware of this and this is what I planed to start.

Oh, and I assume you'll be using codename weapons as well, because you'd need to be PvP gods to kill your targets with just Flashpoints.

Yes,I wanted to use codenames and I would also like to have our own armoury where members can borrow some equipement.

What will be your strategy on taking jobs?

I was thinking first to start as an small group of mercenary fulfilling easy jobs and bounty contracts and then,when the people will know about us,probabily attaching to a house or important faction.

I hope until tomorrow I'll come up with a more detailed and researched story.
