My name is Jacques Moreaux I am Le Conseil's Grand Diplomate. We are very thankful that you were so kind and contact us. If you don't mind I would like to go straight to your request. You and your organization, that name I will not speak, probably know what is the situation in Gallic Border Worlds. We are struggle not only with tyranny of Royalists but also we must remain in good relations with Gallic citizens.
As your presence in some systems might shake our position and fuel Royalists propaganda we would like you to avoid any incursions of your battleship in to high populated Gallic systems.

If you agree to do so we would be very glad to be your host on this mission.
Form our side we will prepare small outpost on far side of planet Troyes and supply you in food and necessary materials. Due to dissimilarity of propulsion technology we cannot supply you in any other kind of fuel than oil.
Also we will grant you special high secure docking pattern that will allow you to dock nearly unseen on all Le Conseil facilities.

In return we would like you to:
-Share some of your knowledge about other Houses and criminal organizations
-Help us in securing our borders especially against so called Nomads
-Train our CSS agents to improve they operation skills
