Pretty much an echo of what's been said, Zoners want to be left alone. They PEACEFULLY left house space and even made peace, albeit a bit uneasy at times, with those around them that the houses they left would refer to as "criminals."

Zoners themselves are former military officers, traders, businessmen, reformed criminals, miners or whatever that just want a better life.
I RP Doc as a humanitarian who tries to promote goodwill with all, even trying to promote it amongst all yet for those who won't, he goes back to his own dark side and holds his own ground.
