This idea has my full support, not just because I'm part of it.

Well, I for one approve of this. With the climate in the Outcast and Corsair 'houses', there's bound to be SOME opposition to the current state of affairs. Given that previous attempts at such have been random lolwuts, this may spur a bit more depth in Outcast internal politics. Not to mention putting your base in the Sigmas will bring some sorely needed activity.

Well, that's the thing. Rudo gave us permission to use Yanagi on the sole condition that we would not advertise our presence around Yanagi or stir up trouble in its vicinity. Though, if we discover that cardi smugglers are in Sigmas, expect us to be there too.

One suggestion: You may want to, aside from the usual stuff, try to peacefully preach Hispanian unity to whoever will listen, and dissuade conflict in general (assuming you don't do this already.)

That's one of our core methods.

Diplomacy wise, I speak for the Consortium. We're not going to go out of our way to attack you as long as our transports and allies (GC + Dragons) are let be. We wouldn't gain anything from it.

But if the opportunity presents itself, you will attack? Also, we'll let your transports be if you make some arrangement to us or don't carry things we find useful.
