Remove the Blanket Bounties

You know Athenian, sometimes I think you have a folder on your desktop. Filled with Bull****, ready to be posted if it is needed.

I am a Pirate, I know what consequences there are. Such as being chased by the Police or being hunted by Bounty Hunters, but Bounty Hunters who are trying to get a full wallet with real Cash.
If I am a Rogue I have a Rogue ID, yeah. But because I have to. Like a Rogue would enjoy his piracy in space with a big sign on his ship, Liberty Rogue written on it.

What the hell are thinking that you dont want smarter Bounty Hunters who actually check out the Bounty Bords?

I emptied that folder right before posting. Shame. You mean you want to pirate but you don't wnat people to know you're a pirate? Try single player or play chess against yourself.

And you want to eliminate all blanket bounties. Which presumably would make checking the bounty board pointless. I fail to see how that would make smarter bounty hunters.

Reading the forum does not guarantee improved gameplay - it just means you read the forum.

I was the one yeah and I did say that there is no Bounty on my Head. The Bounty you wanted to share with your friend...there is none, except the few Credits posted on a Blanket Bounty. In the real world they would know there is a Bounty, but just a bounty for giving hints to the police and not killing the criminal and he knows that.

And no Athenian, I am not posting here because I got killed. I am posting here because I am annoyed by Bounty Hunters chasing me and anyone else with stupidy for nothing and I am suggesting things to make it better and in my eyes my suggestions would change much.

For the Rogue IFF, you do know there's a Bribe way for getting the ID and IFF?

Makes no odds. Wear the ID, expect the consequences. More ridiculous restrictions are not the way forward, nor is re-hashing the same arguments.

Let me guess - this happened somewhere in Liberty. I'm so sick of the foolish goings-on in that part of space being the source for all manner of silliness in terms of rule amendments to the games. Try some of the less busy systems.

So you are a Liberty Rogue, but you bought your membership and presumably you should be free to pirate at will until someone reports you to the massive pirate database in the sky? That stretches credibility a bit.

Do you honestly expect people to alt-tab in and out fo the game to check the status of every single ship they meet? What about /renameme ? It would render the game unplayable.

It's a blasted sci-fi spaceship role-playing game.Play your role. You're a pirate. Act like one. That will always outdo any morons you meet in game.
