Why, with your limited resources, are you at war with the SCRA?

It's a very limited war. If we see an SCRA group that we can kill, we try and do it. We blame the whole Outcast-Corsair division on the SCRA saboteurs.

With your limited resources would it be wise to allow any members to have personal transports?

Transports are much easier to acquire than large military vessels. They can be boarded and taken over.

Would it make sense for your ships to have Outcast technology? As your members were Outcasts, surely they would have taken some technology with them. Perhaps a "Maximum two Outcast guns per ship" rule would work well?

My ruling on that is no, because I would imagine that guns wear out even faster than ships do. We can get most of our ships from the Zoners, but we can't get Wyrms and Krakens from them, or Infernos.

The general idea is good. I support the idea, and wish you luck.
