Order in house space

Recently, I've been playing through Vanilla SP and I've noticed how the Order has connections in Kusari and Rhineland that made up a large part of the Order's RP. However, Disco doesn't reflect this.

Few, if any, Order ships are in Rhineland or Kusari, despite heavy Wilde presence in these houses. Instead, it seems that most Order are holed up in Minor and Delta, stuck between Liberty, Nomads, and BHG.

On top of that, Kusari and to some extent Rhineland need more RP. So I propose either a new faction or a division of the Order| be formed for one or both of these houses.

The faction would be composed of a small group of 5-15 members that would try to stop Wilde and Nomad infestation, and would be forced to work with or against house criminals or governments to do so. Here's a rough draft of what the group would look like for each house.

Rhineland

The Order's Rhineland operations are based on balancing neutrality with the RM and house unlawfuls, uniting them because of their mutual enemies, Wilde and Liberty. To avoid detection, unlawful bases are generally used by the Order pilots. The Order agent's standing orders are to hunt Nomads in the area, and to only attack Liberty ships if there's evidence that Nomads may have infested the vessel.

Kusari

Order operatives in Kusari use their previous alliance with the Blood Dragons to keep a close eye on Tekagi's Arch from the Dragon base in the system. This puts them at odds with the anti-foreigner Kusari lawfuls, so the Order's pilots generally avoid them when possible. The Order takes no interest in the ongoing Tau war, prefering to operate in Kusari house space against Wilde.

Obviously there's alot to add and change. Comments are welcome. Also, would anyone be interested in joining such a group? (No Order caps as of now, maybe a recon carrier for a mobile base later on.)

EDIT: I think I'm spelling Rhineland wrong.
