i've seen them out and about in house space, good dudes, not lolwutting BS's.
they do a good job at RP-ing when they're out though and are generally impossible to find unless they want you to find them, they're a pretty secret organization after all.

honestly, i'd rather have more navy and police on taking care of nomads and unlawfulls, leaving the order as that brief sensor contact 15k out that leaves you "wut?"-ing.
