Reguarding Blood Dragon and The Order's relations, the Blood Dragons no longer hold any interest in a fully fledged alliance, however the threats that have been unfolding in the Tohoku systems have not gone unnoticed. We would probably come to some agreement or treaty concerning these systems. After all, according to the infocard, the Order still have agents on Ryuku base (which is pretty much the Blood Dragon's half-dead outpost). Things could probably be arranged with Sendai too. However, don't be expecting to be too friendly - alliances with the Hogosha and Corsairs is pretty trecherous - considering that we were pretty much born from being betrayed.

that's why the question of removing our alliance with the corsairs and hogosha is being discussed.
