Basically I need to be lawful at most times and unlawful only a small amount of time. The Junker ID tends to make you look the opposite to what I want (or at least that's what I've observed). Also, I need to be able to access Kusari space as I may be hauling cargo into there (silver ore, counterfeit software, lawful goods). I really want to be able to travel over Sirius and fill up those systems in which there are not to many people (Rhienland and such).
