I'm thinking of adding the Honshu, Kyushu, and New Tokyo systems to our ZoI for purposes of accessing the Taus. Thoughts?

For passing through, yes. though I'm not sure if you actually need to go there? Pirating/actively operating within these system will set up the local unlawfuls pretty much, so it would most likely cause more problems than benefit to you.

It wouldn't be the first selling location that is a little bit off. In this case it's in my opinion caused by the fact that the anti-corsair-alliance still existed when 4.85 came out. Later, the Hessians decided to screw it, now I don't see a point to remove the ship from that base again.

We appear to understand each other perfectly. (Besides, if Outcasts and Corsairs were to work together, Sirius would become a very scary place.)

Now that's a nice scenario to image.
