A young but distinguised man walks into the office. His walk is slow paced and the man looks rather uptight. He scans the room, nods at the Kommisar and begins his speech with a rather thick Gallic accent.

Mes Salutations, Kommisar,
My name is Jean-Francais Marcoux. I am an Officier of ze Free Gallic Forces, and I have been a ''Freedom Fighter'' for such a long time zat I nearly forgot ze true meaning of Liberte, Fraternite et Egalite. As some of your reconnaisance pilots may already know, our campain against Ze Gallic Royal Forces is now turning into a joke, led by our now ''corrupt leaders'', who will prostitute zemselves to ze Sirians wizout question, as long as zey bring zem goods. Ze Outcasts nearby Orkney has tried to introduce a substance called ''Cardamine'' into our facilities, claiming zat it would greatly improve our men's flight skills. While my Superiors (and myself) refused zis offer, I fear zat ze outcomes of ze future battles might interest zem to use (and abuse) of zis so called ''Cardamine''. While zose issues do bozer me, zis is not why I am contacting you today.
Ze vision of ze Conseil about the future of Gallia worries me; I am not closed to ze idea to open Gallia to ze Sirians, but as I've stated, zey will open it to everyone, wizout informing zemselves too much about who does what. I fear zat this may end up in a chaotic manner, where all zat I will have fought for will be lost.
Recently, I have met one of your Leutnants during one of my many patrols. He introduced himself as one who fights for ze good of Sirius, and to remove Corruption from our lives. While I do not support ze former Coalition zat my ancestors fought hundreds of years ago (Our achives are rather complete about zem, or so I believe), it seems like you have changed for ze best over time. Your system of equality is something I strongly believe in, and already fought for, but I was censored and threatened, so I joined ze next best solution available: Ze Conseil. Removing ze Royal forces from Gallia is an absolute priority, no matter what ze means are. After talking some to your Leutnant, I have zought about contacting you for several days. Today is ze day. I offer you my knowledges about Gallia and my life to you, as I strongly believe into your morals and valors.
As a background experience, I have followed a basic Gallic Royal Police training course, and served among zeir ranks for a short time, before joining ze Conseil, where I was assigned to ze Free Gallic Forces. I was part of ze battle of Languedoc as a leader of a small counter-bomber unit, where our duty was to protect our last Capital vessels used against the Royal forces to breach ze infamous mine field.
I believe in Freedom, Liberty and Equality for everyone, and this is why I came here.
