Rescaling the Kusari Destroyer

Definitely needs to be scaled up, 2x looks about right.

The kusari dessie is literally the same size as a liberty gunboat. Every other destroyer-class ship in the mod which has the same powercore (1.4m) is nearly twice the size of the kusari destroyer, has lower manuverability, and has fewer weapons.

That one ship is holding back the entire cruiser class from potential rebalancing, and it makes the bretonia-kusari war very lopsided (though, I suppose -all- of the kusari ships make that war lopsided).

People need to realize that vanilla FL was never properly balanced, and the capships were never meant to be used by players to begin with. The ships were designed to fill the storyline, not for multiplayer use.

Seriously, that was discussed already. Kudessie have a strong gun placment issue, you can't use it as a regular cruiser (evading and shooting back). Werewolf can solo destroyer alone in that situation. Don't look at kusari destroyer like on other cruisers, it have good advantages balanced with epic disadvantages, you just need to use proper tactics against it.
