Surveillance of the border areas of Kepler/Shikoku/Galileo revealed little activity of note. Except for the occasional batch of traders the skies were mostly empty - so I thought.
Shortly after encountering a Kishiro transport moving through Kepler I was accosted by a number of ill-equipped Lane Hacker ships near the Shikoku gate. After easily dispatching of these nameless foes, I returned to patrol via Shikoku as my long range sensors indicated increased levels of activity.
Upon my arrival at Deshima station I noted the ship Raiyushi, apparently departing the station. IFF code showed a Lane Hacker ID, and so I moved to intercept - enquiring as to the ship's purpose in Kusari space. Immediately the Hacker ran, and I followed so as to drive the troublemaker out of our space. Contact was lost somewhere in the Galileo system.
I would not normally note the presence of just any unknown ship without even having evidence of misconduct, but given the situation regarding Deshima station of late, I though it best to thouroughly log all activity.
