I am not implying Ms Silvan was the leader of the AW. I merely pointed out that she was in fact a vocal and ranking member of the AW. She was the AW's delegate to the CoZ for sometime.

Thats a load of rubbish. It barely has a dozen members by my count not to mention other cultures in the sector have decided they will ignore the CoZ. SCRA? Corsairs? Both refuse to deal with the CoZ due to Mrs Silvan. Get your facts straight!
I will have to also call for a roll call. The CoZ is not a representation of most independant Zoners. It is a representation of only a small group, thus it cannot make decisions on behalf of most independant Zoners. Its been FAR to long since the CoZ verified its membership. The CoZ has proposed a new Council/Committee to govern all Zoners under the guise that the CoZ represents most independant Zoners, she wants the CoZ to have multiply seats yet she refuses to give the factions more than one! Seems she wants to tip the hat in her favor!
