This is Sub-Lt Warner reporting on my scouting mission, i'v went through Kusari, Rheinland and into Liberty, aquiring Intel on various research facilities and their defensives capabilities.
Some of the defenses in the Rheinland Facilities were the easiest to penetrate, Schatten's having the weakest due to it's mines being low yield and spaced too far apart from one another to be very effective against Fighter and Bomber penetrations.
Comments: Munster is lightly defended, no Weapon Platforms in sight, however Rheinland Fighter Patrols frequent the area and the Minefield prevents most ships from entering the zone and into weapons range,however a small opening is within the field allowing access to the interior.
Comments: Schatten is relatively easy to access due to the mines being low-yield and spaced enough away from one another that a fighter, perhaps even a Gunboat can slip through unhindered. Internal defenses are much more advanced with Patrols of Fighters and multiple Weapons Platforms.
Comments: Patrols near Sendai are relatively weak, there are several Weapons Platforms but no Mines present. overall this may be the most easily accessable.
Comments: Kansai is moderately protected by a Minefield and Weapons Platforms, mild patrols were detected but nothing that would be a threat to our forces.

Comments: Very lightly defended, several Weapons Platforms, no Minefield and patrols are very light, however close proximity with the Kusari Battleship guarding the Tau-29 Jumpgate means reinforcements would arrive quickly should they manage to sound an alarm. (Jamming equipment would have to be used for a successful raid upon this station)
Comments: Kodiak is located within the heart of Liberty's secrets, multiple Weapons Platforms, Highly equipped Patrols, raids by the Alien menace and it's close proximity to the Navy Shipyard means reinforcements would arrive fast.
