Comrade Katya Vaschenko is demoted to lieutenant, if in possesion of gunboat class vessel, vessel will remain drydocked.
Comrade Mikhail Petrov is demoted back to sub lieutenant, and will reacquire his partisan class while his other ships are refitted.
Comrades Razin and Totenkopt were on different mission at given time and this does not apply to them.
Now unto those joyfull news:
Lieutenant Commander Angelica Broch, congtatulations on your promotion, seek out possible apprenticeship on an gunboat with one of our commanders. You will also be awarded Blue Halfstar for gathering of data on whole of Liberty space. Additionally you have an week vacation aboard CPS-Forbidden City, an converted resort liner.
