I sure hope I got that right. My father was in the Coalition before he moved to Freeport 7 and taught me a bit of Russian in my early days.
I am sending you this letter on behalf of my associates in the Consortium. We are a relatively new faction among the Zoners, with perhaps one year of history. Our chief occupations involve scientific research and trade, although we have quite a few diplomats and security personnel in our midst. We do not *own* Omicron-74, but if you want to perform trade or gain access to this system, we would be the guys you'd want to talk to.

So. You probably want to know, "why do a bunch of Zoners want to stick their noses into our system?" You are socialist, we are capitalist. You have a strong central government. We have a...no government. Your favorite color is red. We don't have a favorite color because we are neutral on the matter.
The list goes on, but there is one singular anomaly around which our mutual interest is constructed: Banyas.

We have heard wonderful things about Banyas. Our secret intelligence sources indicate that they are... unique in the universe. We believe it.
A trip to the Banyas would be fantastic as well as perhaps a few hot potatoes, and perhaps one of those amazing Ukrainian meat Jell-os. You know, the one with the eggs.
