It's the end OC's are probably weaker than ever!!

First it was the Nerf tech and still wondering why??? not even in RP makes any sense...

Now with the new rules it's almost impossible to smuggle cardi.

Thanks a lot for ruining the Outcasts. (im wondering when it will come an update in wich planet Malta will be blow away...)
