What can we do to make Gallia more attractive to other players?

What to do to make Gallia more attractive to other players? Because of this question I can't have a good night sleep... and it makes me mad.

Well ... I'd go to Gallia more if my previous experiences there were a bit more positive. The player factions there don't like ANYONE from outside Gallia. Had my run in with them thinking we were gonna be able to get along ... but no ... I got the get out or else speech. Your Gallia player factions want it all to themselves ... so ... Gallia is for Gallians ... don't expect to go back there anytime soon.

Also ... present rules (or at least last I checked) make Gallia weapons outside Gallia illegal. So much for being on good terms with the Council or the Maqui ... can't use their ships or weapons anywhere else ... and like I said above ... don't try flying a non-Gallia ship into Gallia or you'll be told to leave (at gunpoint).

So ... to get people (at least me) interested in frequenting Gallia ...

#1 ... player factions there need to tone down the testosterone a bit (NPC's can use a bit lower levels as well)
#2 ... remove the ship/weapons restrictions so everyone can enjoy flying their brand of ships and weaponry (which right now are a bit too powerful and can use some tweaking)

Those are pretty much my take on the status of Gallia ... Gallia player factions don't wanna play with outsiders and Gallian ships/equipment cannot be used outside Gallia (which basically means you're a dead duck trying to enter the place.
