While you may have answered some questions and such. The fact still stands that this request does not conform to the rule set forth for official faction creation.

ANS: There is NO standard for official creation. A very short scan will reveal three different standards with three different dates of creation. I have asked '€œwho is right'€ and been ignored. There are '€œtips and hint'€ sheets from people who never read the requirements since they conflict with '€œofficial'€ lore. It is insane.

Honestly, I am not entirely sure what to make of your faction. When I have seen you in game it has either been one of two things: You guys chatting inRP and ooRP on top of Newark (good/bad) or fighting you when you bothered to help the Navy shot down my merc or pirate (good, wtb moar).

ANS: Being such a mighty pirate presence I had thought you would know this one already. We are FORBIDDEN (this means may not perform, think about performing or give the appearance of having performed) from ANY (this means even if we really, really want to) enforcement action in Manhattan except self defense by the LN. This was laid on us in January. This was the condition of allowing us in Manhattan. I have had a couple of '€œreliefs'€ from this requirement in eight months when the Navy needed help. (This means about four times in Manhattan we fought pirates over an eight month period.)

You also need to understand you don't get to be neutral and friendly to everyone in Sirius. The Neutrals of Sirius, the Zoners, fill that void and even they have trouble maintaining their stance. Not only do they have trouble maintaining that neutral approach, but they aren't well liked because of it. The difference between you and the Zoners is you actively shoot people (that the rules allow you to). This will make it extremely difficult to maintain that neutral approach. The Outcasts aren't going to like hearing that you shot down a bunch of Rogue transports ladden with Cardamine. The Bretonian's aren't going to like that you didn't help them shoot the Corsairs in Cambridge. Basically, the only reason the Zoners neutrality works is because they (aren't suppose to) don't irritate anyone else. That is, they don't aggresively shoot other people - makes being neutral impossible.

ANS: If I am sitting on Newark spamming channels, how can I also be aggressively shooting other people? You are right about the neutral thing though and it will be tricky. It might not even be possible. The thing of it is though, we have to try. I further understand you have no idea why so ask yourself one thing in all fairness, when was the last time you tried to go into game and the server was full? Then ask what could a neutral to all groups trying to mend fences between other hostile groups possibly have to do with the former question? Think about it. If you see the answer then we are done here and I wish you good day. If you cannot see the answer then nothing I will say could possibly budge your mind from its position, and again we are done here.
