For example, you should be very red to Outcasts and vice versa (assuming that you're about a BSG ship). So, if the Outcasts happen to be white/green due to you killing too many Corsairs somewhere, please don't engage with that ship or even come with it near Malta/Corsica or such, there is Buffalo, Cali, Mactan... and a lot of places where you can find Outcasts to fix your reps.
