I support any faction which tries to get the MND to be a living faction. Maybe even an official one.

About the ranks, I would go with their own rank structure.
It is part of the Military, but its not THE Military.

I would move the faction towards the MND design and what their duties are.

Since having a second "just darker" Rheinland Military faction does not really make sense.
Neither the Rheinland RP, nor the Server way.
Too less activity for a second Military group operating inside Rheinland borders.

Do the MND thing Ventana tried to establish. A pity he went inactive before he could get the faction live.
