As of this second, the kill-on-sight order on Evangeline McDowell is hereby rescinded, by order of the Director of Liberty Operations. That means no more hunting her, no more shooting her unless - and I want to see some good solid evidence - unless she causes us trouble. If she attacks you, you may shoot back. If she gives us difficulties, you may shoot her. But if I hear of any Junker shooting her for any other reason than self-defence or her causing trouble, I will personally see to it that you will never again see the inside of any ship bigger than a CSV for as long as you live.
She's doing valuable work for us inside the Xeno organisation, trying to convince those cussed bastards that we aren't bad people, which could lead to - and this is a very favourable outcome for us - them not trying to kill us. So let her do her job. If she plays nice, you play nice.
