My concept faction is under the command of the RM, but is not a part. Currently we handle the official MND as part of the RM. ([RM-MND]) This will change, as soon as this thing becomes official. I hope my concept will be taken then.

It does not require to be official to seperate it from [RM]. Once the faction is present ingame, I will cut out the [RM-MND] wing with a few exceptions. Special Roleplay characters or ships like some Gunboats may stay with the [RM-MND] tag.


The Rheinland MND is under direct command of the Kanzler. Obvious. If he says jump, you ask how high.
So is the RM.
The Kanzler does not waste his time with Military tactics and decisions unless he needs to:

Eg:
Kanzler Rheinhardt: "What is Queen Carina's favourite dinner?"
It has not to involve the Rheinland Military Admiralty to send the MND out on this mission.


Besides beeing under the Kanzler himself, the MND is under command of the Rheinland Military Admiralty.
The reason is simple. No war machinery can be succuessfull without proper intel. They need the intel, so they tell the MND where to go and what to aquire.

The "how its done" is not the problem of the Rheinland Military Admiralty.
Also the internal stuff like organizing everything.
The ranks are also split up.


As clarification:

The Admiralty consists of all Rheinland Military Admirals and Vice Admirals.
Beeing in command of the MND is just for RP purposes.
The MND is a seperate faction.

The faction leader of the MND will work together with the faction leader of the [RM].
As long as the MND is not official on its own, I will treat the MND ID as a RM ID.
This is for intervention purposes if the MND ID is beeing abused or misused within the server rules.

RIGHT 2) Official factions have authority over players of the same NPC affiliation, as long as RP justification is provided. This authority applies in forums and in-game, and applies to player faction diplomacy, and strategic and tactical direction. However, exercise of that authority, on the forums and in game, is restricted to official faction members with the rank of the official faction leader and one rank below him/her. The authority may be exercised through the use of in-game in-RP orders, which, if not obeyed, can result in in-game in-RP consequences (arrest, court martial, and even "lethal" force in extreme circumstances). Official Factions cannot, under any cicrumstances, require another player to follow non-canon RP if that player doesn't want to.

If I ever need to make use of RIGHT 2 during the time the MND is not official on its own, I will only use it with the accordance of the MND faction leader and if I am asked to do so.
