The mine is ridiculously strong but VERY slow, like 20-40 m/s, that will make it almost useless against any fighter unless the fighter is right behind...
Like this:

C4-B Hullbreacher Mine

Hull damage: 180 000
Shield damage: 90 000
Explosion range: 310m (or whatever is needed to damage a cap)
Projectile speed: 20-40 m/s
Energy drain: 29600

Ammo cost: 20 000 (so its not worth spamming these)
I think this would be a rather interesting thing to add

Great idea, but this really isn't what I'm going for here... You could make your own thread though pal.
