Make them cost like 50 million (to prevent spamming), you can chose which faction they belong to prior to buying it (depending on the base, guard systems maybe?) and they would make a great deal of damage on the capitals. well i think the Kamikaze bomber sounds assum, but then it better be able to instakill/almost instakill a shieldless Legate/Ranseur (1 000 000 armour is almost average cap armour if you do some math)

Ofcourse, making the "no respawn" funktion might me hard... but you could possibly add a "/restart" function putting you back in a starflier once you blow up??? If some davs can tell if this is possible ill be happy, cuz that would me it an amazing and extremely nice conscept
