Good afternoon, esteemed members of the brass. This is Carlos_Santos, pilot of a newly outfitted Outcast Tridente class gunship, reporting in. I firmly believe in the undisputed sovereignty of our people and the unhindered flow of cardamine within the colonies, reason why I wish to place myself and my ship in the service of the Outcast Commonwealth. Standing objectives include the safeguarding of the cardamine trade, suppression of any and all exploratory, expansive or industrial initiatives of our enemies, that may pose a threat to outcast territories\interests, as defined in standing Legislation and foreign affairs of the High Command.
In addition to duties befalling any armed outcast citizens, I am more than prepared to spearhead any initiatives Outcast officials, officers and units in the field set before me, in their wisdom.
