Greetings to all captains viewing this document. First of all I would like to say that I thank you for choosing to fly for the Liberty Navy, we are honored to have such men and women who want to serve their country by flying with the Liberty Navy as a capital ship captain.
Flying a Liberty Navy ship is not for everyone, it is only for those that are willing to put in the hard work it takes to be able to withstand attacks form groups such as: Outcasts, Lane Hacker, Liberty Rogues, Xenos, and the Rhienland Military. Going up against anyone of these groups is a challenge even for the best pilots. Some of your new duties will include, but are not limited to:

Standard systems patrols (New York, Texas, Colorado, California, Yukon, New Hampshire, System ****, Ontario, and any Liberty border world).
Taking out pirate gunboats and plus (gunboats,cruiser,battleships), we do not except our capital fleet to be attacking fighters.
Escorting certain ships when needed

As well, a Naval ship captains must obey orders given by members of Primary Fleet.

Now Please read the following law:

Quote:I. Homeland Warships.

All warships bearing Liberty Navy Guard, Liberty Security Force Guard and Liberty Police Incorporated Guard identification must be listed at the designated registry. This list will keep the following information:

Identification (Liberty Navy, LSF or LPI)
Name (LNS-Washington, for example)
Warship class (Seige Cruiser, Battlecruiser, and so on)

Exceptions are any warships belonging to the main wings of the Liberty Navy, LSF and LPI. That being the [LN], the =LSF= and the LPI-. The information on those warships will be stored in a more secure location, often with additional tactical data.

This is to better keep everyone informed of the current ships in service. If the information of the ship is here, then investigations do not have to be launched into the origin of the present command of that ship. This registry is meant to save a lot of time in the long run.

The overseer of this registry is the Liberty Marines Captain James Patterson, who himself is currently holding the commission of a heavily modified Liberty Battlecruiser, the Iwo.Jima.

The deputy overseer of the registry is Liberty Navy Primary Fleet pilot Jack Will, assigned to represent the interests of Fleet Admiral Hale and Central Command. This is also ensign Will's first paper assignment for which he volunteered, and he will be monitored closely for any skills displayed in his new post.

Capital ships of the Liberty forces are not allowed in the hands of those without Liberty Navy or LSF identification papers unless prior permission is given by the High Command of the Liberty Navy. Anybody found to be selling these ships commercially to those not within the Liberty Navy or LSF will face prosecution.

This is for all pilots flying a warship such as: Liberty Dreadnaught, Liberty Assault Carrier, Liberty Battlecruiser, and the Liberty Siege Cruiser. Capitans flying the Liberty Gunboat as well may notify the Liberty Navy of the presence by uploading the information here (it Is not necessary to do this if piloting a Liberty Gunboat).

[As]Of late I have seen a concerning amount of capital ( Dreadnaught, Carrier, Assault Battlecruier and Cruiser) class vessels not under the direct command of the admiralty. This has led issues with orders and directives not getting through, including restrictions on operations in Rhienland and other things.

Also the needless waste of resourses and men, sending expensive to run and replace capitol class vessels into combat with small time terrorists, dissidents and criminals like the Xenos and Rogues. These ships are warships, used on large scale operations, not something to be seen patrolling our capitol daily.

Would we want our friends and neighbors the Bretonians to think we are a military state?

On that note I hearby recall all non [LN] tagged liberty capital vessels from service. This is to save on state resources, and to try to unify the navy a little more. We can't afford mix-ups with the chain of command.

It is mandatory that all ships have the above information uploaded to the Registry (to the specs of their ship). A captain may also include other information of their choosing, but without this information the Registry can't be fully up to date.

After you ship has been officially added to the Registry you will be given a "Primary Duty". The primary duty is what is excepted out of your ship, such as (but not limited to): Guarding Zone 21, Protecting Liberty traders in the California system, protect the borders of Liberty.An order from a primary fleet member will override you current duty

All Captains of Liberty Navy vessels are reasonable to upload your ships information onto this database. You may be told by a member of the Primary Fleet to upload this information if you name or ships name is not on the database.
Once again, all ship captains must upload your information now. Ships listed above do not need to upload any information unless some ship information has changed.

It has now been officially requested that Liberty Gunboat Pilots -do- in fact upload data about the vessel. This is still not mandatory, but the Registry and the Liberty Navy alike you like to have a official listing here as well.
