Primary Ship usage(s): To patrol Liberty Space from any major threats such as; Pirate cruisers attack, War against Rhienland, and any other major battle which occur in Liberty or which I am called upon by a member of the Primary Fleets.

This ship is primarily used for a small scale battle or as a re-con cruiser. It can be found either protecting Zone 21, or around the Pennsylvania systems, controlling and protecting miners and trades alike.
