Yes, I see what you mean Dusty - mining Orgs in Beta is closer to the point of sale - without needing to pay out 100 credits a piece. There isnt any distinction between Orgs in Beta, Kurile, Freeport 9, or anywhere else.

As for Scrap - why not turn it into an ore-like commodity, and delete the low buy points? Designate your fields, and the sell points to match?


As for Helium-3 mining - what about very small mineable zones around the stationary Gas Miners? Enough only to spawn a few rocks at a time - so that miners have to spread out among the Gas Miners in the system? This reduces the unrealistic look of 'frozen' Helium in space, and makes the Gas Miners known gathering points, without the extra work figuring out how to 'extract' directly from the miner.
