Well, I'd like to vote the SCRA. But that's just because it's my favorite character.
I'd honestly vote for OPG. While some of it's members were a little tough to deal with, as a whole this faction kept the omegas alive for a VERY long time, were true corsairs, fair pirates, and good fighters. They did an honest job at trying to revamp the lolsairs that infested that faction for a while, and went out gracefully.
Even though they're not still around, the OPG get my overwhelming vote in this poll.
As for breakout faction of the year? Buccaneers. Darn Bretonian Pirates are darn good at what they do, and an enjoyable interaction each time. A novel idea put forth well with quality people. Too bad I don't see much of you.
